Responsibility

With our children, with our siblings, with those we lead - we have a responsibility. A responsibility to show them what a good life looks like. To spur on passions and curiosity. To help them find themselves. To teach them.

As a soon-to-be-father, I am looking at life through a different lens. I understand the overprotective parent, the proud parent, the frustrated parent. I feel the enormity of the responsibility I’ve chosen.

I am fortunate to have the time to reflect and meditate on the kind of father I want to be. I’m learning from the great teachers we call parents. Embodying their wisdom and teachings.

Below are the youngest (and furriest) members of the family bringing joy that only a child (pet or otherwise) can.
